What do you need to quote my part?

What are your payment and shipping terms?

Typically 30% deposit with order confirmation, balance before shipment (T/T). We ship EXW, FOB Shenzhen or DDP to your door — with your forwarder or ours, air or sea.

Can I get inspection reports with my parts?

Yes. First-article inspection (FAI) with full CMM dimensional reports, material certificates and photos is standard for first runs, and available for every batch on request.

Why do CNC machining quotes vary so much between suppliers?

Quotes vary with machine capability, tolerance, material and surface finish. Watch out for low base quotes that later add tooling, inspection or finishing fees — we provide a fully itemized quotation covering all of these within 24 hours, with free DFM feedback and no hidden charges.

How can I verify a CNC supplier's quality before placing a bulk order?

How do I choose between CNC machining, metal stamping and die casting for my part?

It depends on part geometry, quantity and tolerance. CNC machining covers 100 pieces to production volumes with tolerances to ±0.005 mm and no tooling investment, so it suits prototypes and tight-tolerance parts. Metal stamping is cost-efficient for flat or formed sheet-metal parts at repeated volumes, and die casting produces complex aluminum or zinc shapes in larger runs. What is the difference between 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining, and which one does my part need?

3-axis machines cut from one direction and suit prismatic parts with features on the top and sides, which makes them the most economical option. 5-axis machines reach five faces of the part in a single setup, so they suit complex contoured geometry, reduce re-fixturing errors and hold tighter accuracy on curved surfaces. We run 3, 4 and 5-axis machining to ±0.005 mm, and our free DFM feedback within 24 hours recommends the lowest-cost axis configuration that still meets your spec.

Do my drawings need GD&T, or are standard tolerances enough?

For most custom parts, standard linear tolerances plus callouts on critical features are enough. GD&T symbols such as flatness, position and concentricity pay off when parts mate in assemblies or rotate at speed. We read GD&T drawings daily, verify every symbol on our CMM, and our free DFM review flags over-tight tolerances that add cost without adding function.

Is die casting tooling a one-time cost, and who owns the mold?

Yes — mold cost is paid once. We design and build all die casting molds in-house, the mold is used exclusively for your project, and we maintain it in our factory between repeat orders, so reorders cost only the per-piece price.
